Noeleen was born in Dublin, she has lived there all her life. Arts and crafts is something Noeleen has always enjoyed sharing with her children as they were growing up. When her family had grown up she decided to try painting and loved it .
She paints in oils. She also Mosaics with tiles incorporating beads, natural stone and jewelled centrepieces. Noeleen has now started to make jewellery. They are unique pieces never repeated. This is some of her work. |
