Born and raised in NSW Australia, I moved to Blessington in 2001 and only began painting five years ago. As you can see from my artwork examples, I have a varied interest in subject matter and medium! My Aboriginal heritage is very important to me and I am currently enjoying expressing this through a series of Aboriginal Dreamtime dot paintings. I love talking to school children about Aboriginal Culture and Art and teaching them about the history and meanings of their art and symbols. Being surrounded by such beautiful scenery makes it impossible for any artist to not be inspired, and I do love painting the ever changing Irish people and their countryside, and of course that of my homeland. My artwork has been commissioned and sold as far away as Australia, Germany, England and of course here in Ireland. |
